Jason Scholder was born with an innate sense of irony. After 16 years in Los Angeles (the film capital of the world) building high-end furniture for celebrities, he moved to Asheville, North Carolina (near the furniture capital of the world) and started making movies.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Painting, a yen for good storytelling, and an unquenchable thirst for entrepreneurship, Jason formed Reel Change Films and has become known for the same attention to detail in his video work that defined his reputation as a craftsman.

Mark is the Producer at Reel Change Films
Mark Henry Bloom has lived on both coasts, where he cultivated a successful career as a technical writer for Fortune 500 companies. In 2003, he moved to Asheville to reinvent—and re-energize—his life. He tried journalism and book editing, but it wasn’t until he worked with Jason that his passion and vocation merged. Starting in 2005, Mark and Jason produced a series of (sometimes) award-winning short films. Since then, they have worked together on numerous commercial projects, and Mark has now officially joined Reel Change Films.

As the producer for your project, Mark will work with you from start to finish to form and deliver your message. He’ll keep your project on schedule and on budget. He knows that few things can be more effective than a well-done, well-placed video.
